Ingredients :
- 8oz gluten-free pasta
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 3 tomatoes
- 3oz feta or paneer
- Salt
- Garni Whole Black Pepper
Instructions :
- Cook the gluten-free pasta.
- After cooking it, place the pasta in a bowl and move it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Take the pasta out and mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- Serve it cold!
