Easy to prepare, easy to make, and easy to eat, this recipe is for those who want finger-licking good combination of cheese and chicken in one!
Ingredients
- 750 grams ground chicken
- 1 loaf of gluten free bread torn in large chunks
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- Garni Red Chilli Powder
- Garni Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- Cook chicken in skillet until they are a little crumbly.
- Add half a teaspoon of Garni Red Chilli Powder to the chicken.
- Drain them well.
- Place torn bread chunks in lightly greased 9in x 13in pan.
- Sprinkle bread with cheese and top with chicken.
- Whisk eggs and remaining ingredients, including Garni Black Pepper Powder.
- Pour over the mixture.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Take it out and now enjoy!
