Italian Pasta Salad

This innovative pasta salad is quick and easy to prepare, making it perfect for nights where one cannot bother themselves with cooking an elaborate dish.

Ingredients :

  • 8oz gluten-free pasta
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3oz feta or paneer
  • Salt
  • Garni Whole Black Pepper

Instructions :

  1. Cook the gluten-free pasta.
  2. After cooking it, place the pasta in a bowl and move it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Take the pasta out and mix the ingredients in the bowl.
  4. Serve it cold!
