Easy to prepare, easy to make, and easy to eat, this recipe is for those who want finger-licking good combination of cheese and chicken in one!


• 750 grams ground chicken

• 1 loaf of gluten free bread torn in large chunks

• 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

• 6 large eggs

• 2 cups milk

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp dry mustard

• 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce

• Garni Red Chilli Powder

• Garni Black Pepper Powder



1. Cook chicken in skillet until they are a little crumbly.

2. Add half a teaspoon of Garni Red Chilli Powder to the chicken.

3. Drain them well.

4. Place torn bread chunks in lightly greased 9in x 13in pan.

5. Sprinkle bread with cheese and top with chicken.

6. Whisk eggs and remaining ingredients, including Garni Black Pepper Powder.

7. Pour over the mixture.

8. Cover and chill overnight.

9. Let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.

10. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.

11. Take it out and now enjoy!
